We are Philippe and Patricia Monk, or simply, "Phil and Patti" a husband and wife team, who love each other and work seamlessly together to create beautiful photographs.  We officialy established Living Story Photography a few years ago in response to increased interest by friends and family. While Living Story Photography is a part time gig for us now, we hope to eventually see it grow to a full time one. Clients tell us often that they are amazed at our professionalism and the personnal attention we devote to each of them and their families. Philippe was trained in fine art at VCU, where he received his bachelor's degree with cum laude honors. After graduation he worked under one of the USA's most sought-after illustrators, Dale Glasgow. Today, Philippe produces commercial photography and multimedia for a thriving health system in Virginia. Patti manages and homeschools a house full of little boys and runs this business. She's one tough cookie.

Together, we aim to provide high quality craftsmanship throughout the creative and technical processes.
